Obama Intentionally Bypassed Senate As A Sop To Big Labor
Americans of all political persuasions – even those who support the actions that Obama’s labor board – should realize that this egregious abuse of power fundamentally disturbs the checks and balances at the heart of the Senate confirmation process.
